Please read these terms of service ("terms") carefully before using the zenpure.com.au platform ("website") or booking any cleaning services ("Services") offered by Zenpure Cleaning Services ("us", "we", "company", "the company" or "our").
Your access to and use of the website and our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. By accessing or using the website and/or our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the website or use our services.
Eligibility
These terms of service apply to anyone interacting with Zenpure Cleaning Services, whether you're considering becoming a customer, are currently one, or have been in the past. By using our website or services, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.
Terms of Service
The Terms of Service establish an agreement between Zenpure Cleaning Services and the client. The company operates as a booking system assisting clients in finding domestic and commercial independent cleaners. Clients engage Zenpure Cleaning Services to connect them with suitable domestic workers for cleaning services.
Referral Service
Zenpure recruits and maintains a roster of independent domestic workers. These workers undergo interviews conducted by the company to assess their skills, availability and background.
Payment
Clients are required to select between different payment methods at the time of scheduling services. The company may keep a valid credit or debit card on file for billing purposes. This is optional for clients. Clients are responsible for paying the full cost of services requested. Payments must be made via accepted methods with a maximum of 24 hours delay after the booking.
Cancellation and re-schedules
Clients must notify the company at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or postpone any scheduled service. This can be done by contacting the company directly or via the client's account on the website.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 24 hours before the clean: free.
- Inside 24 hours: a flat $60 cancellation fee.
- No-show or lock-out (our cleaner arrives and cannot access the home): the fee is 70% of the booking total.
Service Provider Performance
Following the completion of the service, a quality check or inspection is required. Clients are encouraged to promptly reach out to the service provider if they are dissatisfied with the work — they have 12 hours to lodge their complaint. In case there is something missing from the checklists provided and the client lodges their complaint within 12 hours after the booking, the company will arrange a re-clean for free.
Direct Hiring Prohibited
Clients agree not to directly engage referred Service Providers during the agreement and for nine months after termination without informing the company. Failure to comply will incur penalties.
Independent Worker
Clients acknowledge that assigned workers aren't employees of the company.
Acceptance of Terms
Utilising a Service Provider's services constitutes acceptance of the agreement's terms, even without returning the signed agreement.
Termination
Clients reserve the right to replace or terminate Service Providers.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and Australia.
Consent for Use of Electronic Signatures
The agreement may be executed electronically.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided for cleaning services cancelled by the clients 24 hours prior to the booking and for services that the company was not allowed to provide, for any reason or circumstance.
Privacy Policy
Personal information is shared only as necessary for providing services and as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Opt-in for SMS
Users may opt in for SMS notifications, with messaging and data rates applying.
Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
Clients acknowledge and agree to release Zenpure Cleaning Services from liability through a waiver agreement.
Other Terms
Users agree not to misuse the website or services and to respect intellectual property rights.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Zenpure Cleaning Services for any claims arising from their use of the website or services.
Limitation of Liability
Zenpure Cleaning Services is not liable for various types of damages resulting from the use of the website or services.
Changes to the Terms
Zenpure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
